    The baby octopus was over cooked any like trying to eat a piece of leather when told owner he said thanks I'll tell the cook not to do it again

    I have a lot of food allergies and intolerances and I discovered Isabella's four years ago on my first trip to Mudgee. The food was cooked in a way that meant I could eat it without harm and the owner was only too happy to share with me his secrets of cooking the food which was delicious and nutritious and cooked superbly in the time-honoured way of slow cooking his family have been using for many years since leaving the "old country ". You have to eat there. Your taste buds will thank you. You will not regret it. Believe me, I never have.

    Food is edible and any compliments if any for the food should go to the wholesaler they buy their prepared food from, not freshly made or authentic. The Entrees and bread turned up together and we're served luke warm. Service was poor, non attentive, lost our reservation and generally no manners and couldn't care less. We ended up eating our food as fast as we could and left.
