  Went to the cellar door intending to buy several bottles of wine and olive oil. Was met with a really unfriendly woman who slammed down our tasting glasses and then walked away to answer a phone call without saying a word to us. When we asked about the wines (They're italian varietals, so someone to stand there and talk to us about the wines would have been lovely!) told us to look at the information board, and proceeded to ignore us most of the time whilst talking to talking to the group next to us, answering our questions with monosyllables - we ended up walking out without buying anything. Would try any Mudgee winery before coming here again, and would recommend this winery to no-one. Please hire some more customer friendly staff. I have been to many wineries and never been this disappointed.

  Our 2nd visit to Di Lusso. Can't beat the wood fired traditional Italian pizza and the Barbera red. Great location by the dam for a long grazing lunch. Can get busy so recommend booking.

  Worth visiting for a lunch with a view. We ordered the taste of Italy entree which was bread with dips. Some olive oil with this dish would improve it. We also ordered the Vermentino (wine) and some pizzas. Reasonable value. We had a pleasant time. I wouldn't go here just for the wine.

  Average wine, food and service. No help given to understand the types of wine we tasted. You can get better wine tasting at Mansfield across the road.
