  Each time we have been to Harvey Norman Mudgee we find the staff wondering around, usually chatting amongst themselves. Some even walk past customers without even acknowledging their existence. We can walk right up to the counter and still be ignored. The worst customer service in such a lovely town.

  Me asking for a discount on a display item got rejected . Why would i want to pay the full price for a "second hand " item. So i decided to buy online . For $130 dollars less then harvey's.

  Hoping the staff there could help me out with some questions and explanations about performance of a specific computer i thought might be the right one for me , i must say no one could answer my simple question on what core it runs on . Then , they did not have the one i thought buying new in a box but only as a display .

  Exceptional service on Monday 17th by a young lady in electronics. She advised they didn't have the product I was looking for but could source it if I provided details. How often do you visit shops to be simply told haven't got it and the story ends there
