  Mudgee post office, is absolutely disrespectful and the people that work their aren't helpful at all.

  I went down to the Mudgee post office (For the second time)... Then to get told the first that my middle name wasn't written in but everything else was correct al that needed correcting was my middle name. I then go in today to complete everything else and then to get told that my photo is to small, and coped a mouthful of attitude to the lady behind the counter, as I didn't have anybody else to sign my passport who didn't have there's.

  HORRIBLE STAFF. I dread going to the post office in Mudgee! Not only do they refuse to deliver parcels to me (one staff member said "we don't have to if we don't want to") but if you try and get a passport there, forget it! They are the most horrible people in Mudgee and should all be fired, they give our town a bad name.

  Don't try and get your passport at Mudgee! Ros is an unhelpful, cantankerous woman that made me redo my passport photos (even though they'd previously been accepted by the Australian Government and were on my emergency passport). When I returned with the new photos I'd had signed, she didn't accept them either! EVEN THOUGH SHE TOOK THEM. Just returned to try and get a passport for my infant and had a similar experience. Needed my husband's signature, but she said then I'd need to wait (with my 3 month old baby) for 3 hours while they had lunch, even though there was no one in the post office. Thanks Ros! I hope you have a nice day too!

  I now have to stuff around for a couple more weeks when I could be searching for trips away but I can't until I get my passport. I'd rather travel to another post office then to put up with the attitude I coped today.

  The staff are so unbelievably RUDE at Mudgee PO. They made me queue 3 times just to get an Express Post bag. If you hate people so much maybe you shouldn't be in customer service.
